Create one free House Key account
You receive one universal member ID and QR credential. No payment, ever. An account alone does not join you to any location or grant any marketing permission.

Follow the locations you actually like
Following creates a relationship with that one named location. Email and SMS permissions are requested separately and neither is preselected.

Save or claim what interests you
Saving bookmarks an offer. Claiming reserves limited availability. Neither one means you have completed a required action.

Complete the required action
Some perks unlock automatically. Others need an employee to confirm the action was completed at the location.

Redeem at the counter
Show your key. An authorized employee confirms the benefit was delivered, which is recorded once and cannot be duplicated.
House Key records only what it can observe or what an identified employee or member confirms. It never estimates your spending.
